The niche that they are in is several week long course for fitness and wellness seekers. The subscriber base is often more focused on longevity, health span, and sustainable practices ( physical, mental, and emotional health). This means that many of them recognize that stress and peace of mind play a bigger role in health.  Customers are predominantly women, ranging from 70-80%, and average age is around 40.   Customers can join and participate as group, join a particular after signing up solo.  The program runs 4 times in a year. 
The largest customer bases are in the US, Canada, and Australia. The price of the program is less than $75 for almost a two month long enrollment and customers tend to have discretionary income. The customer base is B2C and a portion comes from corporations. 

- 2 current owners, one acts as the CEO (30 hours per week) and the other isn't working on the business
- the owners see more possibilities with the business, but their skillset isn't aligned
- the business stopped marketing two years ago, the revenue feel as a result
