I am a Business Broker and M&A Advisor with 20 years of experience in serving buyers and sellers in the greater Los Angeles area. I have sold a wide variety of businesses that provide a strong foundation and broad knowledge base that serves me well as someone who knows how to navigate for my clients the complex process of buying and selling a business of any kind and size. My transactions have covered the gamut from main street businesses such as hair salons, nail salons, pet stores and restaurants to franchise resales to more complex multi million dollar deals in the manufacturing arena, specifically chemical processing and metal fabrication.
I am well versed in the chemical processing and manufacturing realm due to fifteen years as VP of a company focused on personal care products and industrial cleaning chemicals for the hotel and restaurant industries. Also, as a longtime flying and aircraft enthusiast, I represent businesses that manufacture parts for aircraft and aerospace applications - an industry niche that is of special interest to me.
